Well another day off so I managed to get a bit more done on the 109. I cleaned up the bottom under belly section where the wings join the fuselage and used Mr Surfacer 500 to fill the incorrect line that was offset (should have been in the middle) as well as the join to the tail. Sanded down using Ultimate sticks and then re-scribed and put the rivets back.

I finished off the starboard side radiators (they use photo etch however the plastic is detailed so well I reckon it's a waste of time) and fitted the radiator flaps (very fiddly to glue). The leading edge flaps on both wings are fitted, the flaps on the starboard wing are done as is the wing end. Tomorrow before work I'll try to do the other side.

Not much to add here except the tail has been assembled (such a small tail as well) which consisted of 9 parts to cut off the spru and cleaned up. The fit is really good. I've also added the port wing tip and flap with only the radiator flaps to go.

It's looking more like a 109 every day :D
