Hi I have made a major cock up :wall: I have been clearing junk from photo bucket end deleted most of the paint,dec's,weathering pics,probably 95% of them :bash: so there's going be big chunk missing.So do I stop or carry on??????

Made a third palm thee a bit higher with some dead leafs,plastered the base ,steps up to the Barbuda,some stone in track in road.

Used model ship rope to hold down the stowage.

Yes its from one of my old fish tanks,cut it up,mix it around,paint and you get tropical jungle plants. :eeek:
A scouring pad and some peppercorns (as coconuts) that idea came from
Joemodelling14 not mine he take's the prize for that :bow::

I just catched up this buildthread and I must say your work is amazing. That Chi-Ha with all that stowage looks awesome :thumb2:

The dio with the jungle and that Buddha-statue looks great as well ! :clap:

I wish :x One of those quick diy jobs last weekend turned into a major job. I thought our front door porch just needed some minor repairs but on closer inspection whoever built it and put it up in the first place done a dreadful job so no other choice but to tear it down and start from scratch and build a new one :wall:
Still, off to Bovington on Sunday so I'll be taking plenty of photos in preparation for my next build (when I get a chance to start it).

Hi Norm you know why it took so long you used those 1/35 brick of your instead of big boy's brick :lol: sorry mate diy can be a right pain smallest job end's up a major production,enjoy Bovington I know you will,if you see a model display case more or less in the middle, r/h side of the case there should be a Lidyan desert diorama its made by a ISM member who actually works there,so any one near it and see someone official locking back polo it might be him l know he there for the school holiday,the shop is Aladdin's cave some are a bit pricey :cheers2:
