Incredible work! It's amazing how a nice figure can become just like a real gladiator with some paint and highlights!

Just one thing, in my opinion, you should paint the crest of the helmet because, in most of the times, that was red ( in the army's helmets and in the gladiators too). Apart from this suggestion, a masterpiece!!

Sure, red would look cool but with regard to realism red it is not the only choice. With regard to gladiators, no uniformity was common so pretty much every colour of the crest is possible. Anyway, just check out the reference pictures i posted in the beginning, on one mosaic you can only see white and black helmet crests.
With regard to the Roman army, we don´t really know it for sure as no one today has ever seen a real Roman. It is a common misconception that all Roman legionaries were dressed with red tunics and had red helmet crests. We simply don´t know it for sure, we can only assume. As far as we know they wore sometimes red, but also blue, brown and white tunics (same with the helmet crests). Whenever i paint a figure of a Roman i do not bother about it too much

There is finally the video

It was quite hard to produce but i think it payed off in the end. I hope you enjoy it and maybe it adds some more information to the whole project.
