Global Scale Modeller

Hope you're still getting chance to work on this one Matthew and it hasn't hit the bin!

If you haven't seen it elsewhere already I'm planning to extend the deadline on the SIG for a while in the current climate to allow people time to finish off without needing to rush anything so plenty of time left now

I have decided to relegate this build to a "toy" for my daughter's half-brother. He loves all of the little "toon" builds and all of the kits that don't quite cut the mustard. The paint is just too dark. I can hardly see where the decals have laid down. The color in the bottle and freshly sprayed looked ok, but dried darker. Not to mention all of the little scratches that have appeared as it sat on the bench getting bumped around. I will finish up the wheels and fit the missiles, but nothing that I would consider worthy of calling "finished". I am looking at picking up a 1:48 scale kit as this scale is a little too challenging for me at this stage.

That's a real shame Matthew but it makes sense not to keep flogging the dead horse if all you're doing is sapping your own mojo & interest.
