Thanks! It's okay... I was pretty sad (all of us were), but he was getting so sad. We have another Beagle, Theo, and they were buds. But the last few days the two of them wouldn't really even be around each other. Barkley would go off away from us and Theo. Kinda how we knew it was time. Plus all the health, not eating, drinking issues...

Alright, first, I have to admit that you guys were right... I freakin' love using the airbrush and can NOT imagine not having or using it now!! So thank you guys for pushing, well, or a slight nudge, to getting the AB setup.

Wife had a baby shower (YES!) so was able to sit down and get "my model on" !!
Was able to dry fit and attach a few things, but the biggest was getting the "glass" rubbers painted and doing the lighting... Not gonna lie, this is, by far, the best outcome I have EVER, EVER, ever had doing the "glass".

Still have a bit to go but just love, love, love, love, love, loving this kit whilst using the airbrush. Anyway, here's a few progress pics!!

The only thing I find odd about this kit (which I am loving the Hasegawa kit, btw) is that there is no engine, like, at all. Even though the rear cowling is completely removable.



Anyway, if you looked at all this BS, I thank you and appreciate all the comments, guys!!

Hahaha!! I know... right?!?! I kept checking the sprues and instructions, making sure I didn't just miss it. I did it today. I looked through the instructions to make sure I didn't just blow on by the engine installation!!

Must say top job Barry and the windows are a credit to you they look spot on. Hasegawa do that a lot and leave out the engine but most kits just button up and you cant see it so no one knows. Had a quick look to see if theres an after market engine but found nothing.

I hate to say we told you so....but....we told you so!!! Stoked that you’re enjoying it so much, it really is a game changer!

Car looks awesome! These Group C Hasa kits are always ‘kerbside’ kits so they never have a detailed engine, it’s good in a way as it keeps the cost of the kits relatively low.

Can’t wait to see the final reveal pics for this one! I am going to have to add it to my stash now after flirting with it for so long, yours turned out amazing!

Got her done tonight... Had a lot of fun learning with this one and feel like I got a bit of a grasp on the AB. Still a lot of learning and practice to go, but had a great time doing something different and learned quite a bit.

Need to work on my layers when putting down the color coats... but, overall pleased with how it turned out and look forward to learning more. Will definitely learn every time I use it.

Any comments and critiques welcome.

I do need to work on my panel wash technique too...
