Looks fantastic. I loved the trumpeter Mig-29 I built - so fun to build!

Great work sorting out that tank & putting the detail back onto it Tommy - that's brilliant!

Looking forward to seeing some paint on this now :)

Ok... I managed to get some bench-time today :P

It's time for some filler I think.... There's a couple of ugly seams at the nose where the fuselage halves meet up.
Image

...and I followed the instruction without thinking and drilled out all the holes for the pylons - that was a bad move....
Image

Added some noseweight as well
Image

After the Liquid Sprue had cured for a couple of days I sanded down and polished the surfaces. I also had to drill out the holes on the outer pylons a bit
Image

Cleaning up and dryfitting the vertical and horisontal stabilisers

Dryfitting the radome - it needs some work I think

Done some more work - it's not much of an update but atleast it's something.... :shifty:

Glued in the radome - there's a small gap that needs to be fixed...
Image

I will use a turned metal pitot tube, but I don't trust the instructions....
Image

...so I will start by adding in the kit part and sand that down to fit the metal part :bash:
Image

Some Liquid Sprue (sprue goo) to the rescue again... :violin:

Glued in the pylons

We are slowly getting there - but it's 3 steps forward and 1 back...

:cheers2:
