After a bit of feedback

I don't use iMovie, I use Sony Vegas, but I assume the same principles will apply.

When you initially add video footage it should separate into 2 tracks, audio and video, and if you're using 2 cameras you'll be putting in 2 lots of footage meaning you'll have 4 tracks, 2 video and 2 audio. Now, as you're recording at the same time on both cameras, the audio files should be pretty much the same, as in the waves displayed of the audio tracks should line up, which means it's a simple case of lining up the tracks and then once they're lined up you can delete the audio track you don't want leaving you with the one you do. Also, if you're lining up the audio together with the video, all areas should be lined up when it comes to the video footage as well. Then you edit as normal, slicing and dicing as you normally would.

Seems complicated, but it really isn't. I can make a video in the next couple of days to give you an idea.

One other thing, so you have a 'marker' point in which to line up the footage, you can always say "1, 2, 3, MARK" once both camera are rolling, or make a loud clap... it's how they do it in movies with the 'Clapper'... you know, the "Take 10" thingy. lol. :-p

If I had any suggestion Paul... just be you dude. The off camera Paul is hysterical and a fun fella to chat with.
You be that guy on camera and you'd have more cheery as personal vids for the fellas here.
I can't give you much advise about filming... I just turn my camera on and talk crap for an hour.
I'm too lazy to be all fancy and professional. haha.
Just no farting, burping or too much swearing and you're golden!

Yeah I'm just all business when filming, hopefully the ISM videos builds will allow me to be more me on camera.

Ok so I've sorted the third camera angle, downloaded the new I movie app on the MacBook, spent hours getting used to it talk about a head wreck and sorted out the audio using a single audio track for the entire 45min video.

It's taken me about 4 hours to edit the 45min video, but the audio should be better and I have another camera angle so I hope it's an improvement, hopefully it'll be up by the end of the week. I'm now going to bed as I'm knackered

Just watched part 11 of the Me-109 build and imho it's really moved these instructional videos to another level. The addition of the third camera, plus all the little hints and tips along the way really made a huge difference, and I for one really appreciate the extra effort it took to produce it.
