"The Christmas Truce 1914"

I bought this set with two resin figures recently to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the famous Christmas Truce in 1914. The quality is superb, they were easy to assemble and to paint. I had one difficulty though: One arm was missing in the kit, so i contacted this English company and asked for a replacement on Saturday afternoon. The solution was clever: A German retailer sent me the replacement part and Tommy´s War will replace the kit of the retailer. Service was quick and excellent, i´m very impressed! That way i was able to finish this project in time, i worked on it all day.
So, from my side i wish you all a merry christmas and keep in mind that peace is always possible, even in a terrible war there can be a truce.
