Cant help you with the compressor but the airbrush looks like BD-203 or copy thereof. It should have a .2mm needle and a 9cc cup. I have a bd-203 which I believe to be a Russian copy of a Chinese design( found out from trying to find parts for it). It works ok. with the .2mm needle it struggles a little with the thicker colors, I put a .3mm set up in mine and it sprays pretty good with everything but Vallejo primer.
