Recent Builds for February 2015

My entry build and final reveal for ISM's Rising Sun Group Build.

This is the Airfix 1/72 Aichi D3A1 "Val" dive bomber of WW2. The kit's original moulds date from 1965, but the Cartograf printed decals and boxing are from 2011. It's an oldie with raised exterior rivets and panels, no real interior details, and less than crystal clear canopy. But that's all part of the charm and fun.
