This was the first kit that I bought but I am in the process of finishing it up. I have it mostly painted, but I want to do some detail painting on it before I call it complete. I really like the gray on it versus a camo.

I'm not a fan of this kit over all, the detail is a bit lacking, the fit is poor and I have gaps in some spots. Plus the scale is a bit odd. 1/32 versus the normal 1/35. But since this is still one of my first kits I take it all as a lesson to be learned and move onto the next one.

I don't have an airbrush so I brush painted everything. I know its far from perfect but I still wanted to share it.

Ace, you have done a great job.
Sometimes building crappy kits gives you a better insight into kits that you get in future which are wonderful to build or you get a problem with a next kit and think "Hey, I sorted it out last time, this can be done",
Good job mate,
John

I have heard older monogram kits leave much to be desired, but hey, better to start off with a infuriating kit and learn from there

I have this kit waiting on my bench , right now I'm working on the M4 Sherman with Calliope. same scale same company , both are 1/32 monogram kits. But in contrast I also have been building the old Renwal kits (Revell, which has recently started putting them out as limited run kits) and they are the same scale 1/32 they complement my 1/32 aircraft.
