Macchi Mc.202 Folgore - Italeri - 1/72

Howdy Guys!
This is an interesting aircraft who called my attention for its unusual camo scheme. Not to say, CHALLENGING!
I decided to give a try.
THE KIT:
Bought last year this Italeri 2-kit package shared with another modelling friend: The Mc202 (the one I will build) and the Mc205 (a later development of the 202).

Wings:
Finished the cockpit and pannel:
Inner spaces on the cockpit and fuselage:
Not so many details, since I´ll leave it with closed cockpit!
Uniting the two fuselage halves:
Wings attached:
Some puty work ahead...
So, let´s go!
Like a 'mumy' :
Puty all over:
Some sanding after...
Then I´ve decided to spray some silver as a basic layer (like a primer).
The aluminium paint used:
Then, the white stripe on the fuselage:
and on the nose-tip :
After masking the white for the basic cover:
Medium Grey on the below:
After couple of days, the camo itself!
Basic camo in green:
Start masking using tiny pieces of Pritt TAK, which is basically the same of Silly Puty:
Almost two hours later...
Next color (Sand):
All masks off:
Close in:
Wheels, landing gears, radiators glued:
On her feet:
Future layers, Decals applied:
Today, I´ll aplly the wash, another varnish layer, and weathering.
Allmost finishing....
