Octopus King Tiger

Post by burnie43 »

well here is the last King Tiger that I finished, it's the Tamiya kit , I was practicing my photography and I think I'm getting there...the paint scheme I chose was based on a story about a tank defending Kassel near the end of the war, it was good to try a different scheme..
thanks for looking

Nice work, I really like the dust effects and the interesting paint scheme.
Well done!
Did you do the little circles with a brush or airbrush masks?

Thank you Panzerwolf, I did the base colour by airbrush and then hand painted the camo scheme, it didn't look very good until I started breaking down the colours with weathering etc...
cheers
