Hi guys. Quick question what basic weathering could I do to my mosquito? I don't have an airbrush was just wondering if there's anything with a brush I could do?

Cheers guys

That depends on the weathering products you have.
Also the operating theater of the mosquito, dust for desert, salty residue for sea.
Do not forget that airplanes were/are very good maintained.
The most basic is a black pencil (not graphite) to put stains around the exhaust and gun barrels. The graphite pencil you can use to show wear from crew moving around the plane.
Look at how others did it and copy what you like.
Just have fun and learn, you will get better every model you finish. :th:
cheers, Bert

Using ground pastels can give some good effects. Again I use it for exhaust stains and what have you but you could also use it for panel fading or dirt on wheels or undercarriage.
