Hi all,I am new here as had problems logging on. I build from most kits and have been with Airfix mostly since I was ten years old and bought the first Spitfire in the plastic bag for one shilling and threepence in Woolies,I am now a 74 -year old pensioner and have just completed :Das Boot: in 144 a big challenge for the arthritis! I am writing to express my dissapointment with the 148 Fury kit. Rubbish for 14.99,the old mould in sad blue plastic,lots of flash and badly fitting parts,I strongly urge you to boycot this kit in particular and not at all worth the money.Come on Airfix ,you can do better than this!Either retool it or scrap it altogether.
