Always great to see a Vulcan model and very nice it looks too. Great idea for the stand as well :thumb1: .

What manufacturer is it? sorry to inundate you with questions ;) .

First off thanks for the nice comments secondly, this was a model that was started by my son about 4 years ago, it came to me in february of this year when i started taking this kind of stuff seriously. the scale of it is 1:72 and i have a very strong feeling that it was an Airfix kit. It came to me with one wing badly glued on and all the bits loose in the bottom of a box. i had no idea wether all the pieces were there or not but went ahead. sizable chunks needed to be taken off the wing where it had to be wrenched apart.but a touch of tlc and a lot of putty and time and she doesnt look half bad

I have to admit that the copper pylons are a fail....i tried to bend them nicely but they kinked....i will be redoing that part and the 10mm copper pipe was too large it nearly ripped the plane apart so i used 8mm
