Chiefs Revell Pocket Snowspeeder

Post by chief5437 »

Hi guys, :th: all done with this. Revels Pocket easykit. Little snap together thing, but obviously I used glue on it as well! :nena:

Had some setbacks on my other builds, so I lost my mojo for a few weeks. Picked this up yesterday as something fun to get back into things.

As expected, no build problems! It comes pre painted, but think it needs repainting to look less toy like.

Only took a day in total, and it's been fun to just breeze through without any complications. Also, it's my first sci-fi since I was a nipper, and I'm looking forward to doing more.

Anyway, enough of my ramblings, let's see the pics!!

Hot damn Chief!! That's awesome!!
I went looking for one of these right after I saw your first post on the build to see if I could find one.
They aren't cheap. $50 or so depending on where you look.
For now I'll settle myself with looking at your build haha
She's proper excellent work. :th: :th: :th:

Cheers Mike, much appreciated :th: they must be trying to rob you, this was only £8 in the UK. It's the little 'pocket' kit btw, maybe you were looking at the bigger version?:

Oh it was the pocket kit.
I found three I think it was and all were near the same price.
Someone thinks they're collectable.
I may keep looking around, it's a nice little kit that looks good dressed up well like you've done.
