Trumpeter 1/35 Jagdpanzer E-100 Tankdestroyer

Post by MarkVerploeg »

Hi guys
I don't post many things in this section as most of my builds are GB entries but this was a personal build without a full buildlog so i thought i would post the finished result

This is my Jagdpanzer E-100
A totally fictional piece of armor that was created by a modeller years ago and has since then been made into a kit
The kit is rather good with the exception of the tracks wich where crushed and are vinyl so a pain in the rear to paint and they even chipped paint once i put them on but that is the only bad thing i can think of

So here it is

Amd that is all i have for this build
I hope you like it and untill next time
Happy modelling
Cheers , Mark

Looks good Mark, I love the camo work.

This would have been an awesome vehicle, if they had tweaked the KT design to iron out the various reliability issues etc. and put something like this into production, it would have proved an awesome thing I am sure.

And yeah a good thing these where not build
You would need a aircraft to bomb it just to stop it
But the gun is supossed to be a 17cm and that is bigger then most arty shells so reloadi g must have taken a while
Bit it would stop anything it came across as no vehicle has armor that thick
Allthough i guess it would run out of fuel fast

Very nice job! Looks like a wicked monster.
A rare honor for the guy who designed it to have it made into a real kit!

Thank you very much Nige
It is a nice kit not very complex but a good fit overall
It is a bit clean as it lacks tools amd cables but if you have some spares from old kits you can add all that

Only way to describe a vehicle like that: Over Kill. But as a kit pretty damn bad ass.

That E-100 is pretty sweet looking Mark! :th:

Looks really cool, i like the camouflage in particular! i´m working on an E100 at the moment and i´m thinking about the camo pattern i could choose. basically everything is possible but i want it to look familiar to the camo patterns that were actually around.

Thank you Hamilkar
I know what you mean with the camo
I kind of picked this one from the Ratte kit so i guess it is a made up scheme
i don't know if you have it but in the AK late war colors guide there are some ideas for the E-100

What the heck! That tank looks so Sci-Fi, the Camo scheme is fierce looking.

Thank you
It is fiction though as the entire vehicle was created by a modeller years ago
The camo is borrowed from another kits.camo options but is also a fictional one
