Started this model for a SIG at flory models a while ago but things got in the way. I restarted it today and thought i would post the progress over here to.

Here we go with everything so far.




Used pe parts from the kit and from the Eduard interior PE for the F-35B










not 50 shades of gray but 50 shades of black....


Closed up the back of the cockpit and removed the boxes as they are no longer present on production aircraft.
The white thingie is the start of a air/cooling system behind the pilot. Apparently a big screen tv in front of the pilot generates a lot of heat

nice looking build so far, how's the kit itself? are you scratch building the 'white thingy'?

Hi Leon yes i am. Including some modifications on the rear of the cockpit. Where you see the whit thingie laying. There us to be 3 big boxes. That where used on the test aircraft the production versions don't have these anymore. So i removed it and cloud everything up. When you look at the first picture of the post they are stil there.

haha no i wish. The F-35 is still a long wait for us here in the Netherlands.

No the kit is far from easy to put together it has the usual fit issues. But with some determination it wil be fine

Very nice. You might get it before us here in the UK (and the one we get may not work anyway!!)
