That looks great! I'm also building a mk1a spit Airfix kit 1:72 DWK but the spinner is black not cream like yours. Is it correct?

The spinner would typically be black, however I wanted to paint mine sky (they were this colour later in the war)

the red gun port covers were decals, I screwed them up

Yeah, it's currently about eighth on the list to do. It knows it's days are numbered.
