Hi all,

Well the time has come to finally reveal my 1/48 Airfix Canberra PR.9. I must say the overall build was a joy, despite the lack of canopy. It really is a great kit and comes to life with the big ed set from Eduard. Unfortunately, die to time restrictions and work commitments, I will not be able to complete the diorama I had planned for the gate guardian at RAF Wyton.

Lovely clean build Wayne. Did you freehand the camo?

Thank you. I didn't want to weather it too much as the Wyton one has recently had a re paint. As for the camo, it was free handed. I like the look of free hand as crisp lines just dont seem fully realistic in my eyes....but thats just me!
