Greetings from North Florida

Post by PiperCPO »

Greetings all,

My name is Brad. I have been out for modeling for a while. Mostly the past 30 years have been model-less. Now getting back into it. Interested in WW2 armor. I have been watching a lot of YouTube vids from other members and one thing is for sure, the techniques have progressed in light years since I last built a tank model!! I am a retired Navy man (Aviation Electronics Technician, Chief Petty Officer) currently working in Network Administration and Security. I am also a bagpiper (Piping is my first love). Slainte'!

Hi Brad welcome to ISM from an ex RAF avionics tech! Regarding the bagpipes I take it you've heard of one of our guys, Jock Watson, who broke the world speed record for bagpiping when he took them up in his F4 (how he got them in there is beyond me) and played them at Mach 1.7.

Dave
Regards, Dave.
