Tamiya 1/20 Lotus 25 Coventry Climax

Hi there! What I'm about to start today is probably a bit strange, but still kinda cool in a way.
Yes, it's the first time I ever build a racing car kit, so this will be interesting...
Don't ask why I bought this in the first time, I just bought it by "accident".

Well, it turns out that I once saw a model like this on the web and wanted to build one myself, since I kinda liked the looks of it.
So here I go, wish me luck!

- I think this is quite an old kit, it looks like it at least.
It's well moulded though and has a little bit of flash on the parts. In my opinion the kit is actually quite good.


























Ok, it's not really worth showing the tiny amount of work I did today, but here we go:

Lower hull or whatever it's called was built up. The fit was suprisingly good.
(I'm not a expert on car parts, especially not in english, just so you know...)




PS: I'm off on holiday till the end of this week, so sadly no updates soon. But I'll be back.
I will go to the biggest model show in Finland called Nordic Challenge IV the comming weekend to put some of my models in competition there.
It's in Helsinki, of course. I'll visit some model shops in the same go. Who knows what I'll bring home from there!
