Something fast and easy Or so I thought. Shuttle Tydirium?

So this was supposed to be a fast and easy build that gave me something to do while I was waiting for the AT AT dio to dry and for my next build project to arrive.
It ended up being a pain in the royal arse build. Warped parts, flash galor, fit issues, gaps, missing details.
It's an interesting kit to say the least, but it's what I've always used to define a typical Sci-fi kit, and also what always kept me away from building them.
Either way, I needed something to work on and this is what I chose.
It ended up not being too bad aside from the warped wings. They just wouldn't play ball.
I got the two main wings to even out (they were the worst of them), but the dorsal wing would not flatten out. Heat, stitching, preasure, nada.
Oh well. It's the oopee wing then.
These I got to flatten out,

The dorsal wing was a lost cause though. I added a tonne of greebles to the wing channel as well.

I added greeble detail to the lower wings as well...

The rest of the build I never photographed unfortunately. There was a family tragedy and things always get out of sorts when those happen.
So, On to primer and paint.
Badger stynlrez for starts...

Then some Mig AMMO dunklegrau light base.

Then AMMO Dunklegrau highlights...

Then finally AMMO light shine...

Just waiting for it all to dry now and I'll paint the cockpit, seal it and wash it.
