Chiefs 1/48 Revell Hind D

This was the only hind left in my lhs, so had to get it.
Couldn't find any decent PE for it, there's a load of resin available but I'm not paying those prices to go on a kit that dates back to 1982! So oob it is, and we'll see what I can make of it

It's not always necessary to use aftermarket parts, with some wiring and scratchwork you can also make a nice build. Good luck!

Allthough i do use a lot of after market stuff so i am probably not a posterboy for out of the box building
I will have a look at the history of this kit
It may well be that i made one years ago
I know it was the same scale and brand but it had a Tiger meet decal sheet and was molded in white
Anyway good luck with the build and have fun

Nothing wrong with out of box Chief.
I'm probably doing that with my... umm Hawk Hind.
Clever use of bits of styrene can do just as good as $40 of aftermarket though.
