Indeed nicely done, looks a bit like the stuff Adam Wilder does. He has some tutorials online and just has 2 books out (building/painting & weathering) in which he goes into detail how to get that awesome rusted weatherd look.

There is a thread on here that explains a lot on rust
i can't find it right now but it is a build thread for a Geschutzwagen Tiger or Tiger (P)
he explained the steps he made to get a really nice effect on the rust
on the Ammo for Mig youtube channel there is a video aswell
it is only about 4 minutes but it certainly provides you with some ideas on how to tackle large rusty surfaces
