I wouldn't go so far as to say it's good... But it's a build of the 1/25 Tamiya tiger.

Here's a link... It might be of use.

Wow, Jim, uncanny timing. After hanging on to one of these kits for around 25 years or so, I finally started it last night.
I originally intended to do a full on detail job on the interior and exterior, but with all of the possibilities in my preferred scale of 1/35, I decided to build it straight from the box with maybe a bit of scratchbuilding to sharpen up some exterior stuff. I am actually building it for a group build.
My focus on this one is going to be paint and weathering.
This kit gets a lot of grief, and rightly so, I guess, due to dimensional inaccuracies, detail problems, and a sparse interior. However, considering it was introduced in 1969, it isn't too bad. The working suspension, individual link tracks, and operating hatches and such, made it quite a kit in its day. That and the size of it... it builds into a big model.
Are you going to do a build log kind of thing? Would be nice to see. I am thinking of doing a build log myself, but haven't really decided yet.
And Coen (I still miss your videos) thanks for that link. I hadn't seen that one before.

Thanks for the link............I "searched", but I guess not good enough. If mine turns out half that good, I'll be happy. Nice work :)

Okay, you swear you aren't a rivet counter, and maybe, I'll give you that, but DAMN! Your skills are awe inspiring to me. I built that Tiger OOB and thought it was 'cool'. I have never ever felt so wrong until I saw your work. I will strive to better myself.

I SO want a Tiger.
