I usually build WW2 armour and figures so this is my first attempt with aircraft modelling. The kit comes from Eduard and was actually a joy to build. The green heart indicates that's this 109 belonged to JG 54 and the blue band at the tail shows that it took part in the "Reichsverteidigung" - Defence of the Reich.
I have a Focke Wulf Fw 190 in my stash too so maybe I will continue with aircraft modelling during the Christmas holidays ;) ....and btw: Merry Christmas to all of you!

None. I drybrushed it hence the very matte appearance.
