How-to on Weathering with Clay based Washes

For the last several days I've been working on a series of videos on how I've been weathering my builds using clay-based washes instead of oil/enamel based washes.
I still use oils for doing filters, dot filters (mapping), small detail effects like rust, oils stain and streaking, but the all over washes have been replaced with clay-based washes.
I've been asked a few times by several folks to put together video on how I do it, but I ended up doing more than one.
I want to add that this is just a "how I do things" series and not a "how to do things" video series.
I hope that it's ove some use.

The snow is the snow... not much point in complaining about it.

Only a couple of minutes into the first video. One thing you forgot about the Stylenrez is that it needs to be shake very well. A ball bearing, nut or glass bead will speed it up. With the monster bottles like yours, a horseshoe might be best.
I've found it's dry to touch in about 15 minutes and I've also painted over it after an hour's drying time.

2nd video: The Tamiya type "spear point" cotton buds can be found at the drug stores (Shoppers and Rexall, etc). They call then make-up applicators and they sell for 80 for $5. You can get ones that are spear points at both ends or with the spear at one end and a flattened, almost pan shape at the other.
