My father-in-law passed away last year, he'd been unwell for quite some time, and when we cleared out the loft I found a number of kits, this being one of them and I've decided to build this in his honour.
I've not found any reviews of this kit, a number on the Revell version (I hope this isn't the same kit
), so I don't really know what to expect.here's the box and spru shots...
none of the sprus were in plastic bags, except for the transparencies which I've left in the bag for protection
the decals look a little yellowed
I've added some aftermarket, there's not that much for this kit, Eduard PE...
...and a Xtradecal set from Hannants
I'm off to do some more research before I start the build, hopefully at the weekend
