A question for the car guys

Post by planemaker »

Evening modellers. Does any car builder know a good paint recommendation for a light silver colour like this?

Which paint would give the best/most realistic result? Maybe a mix of laquer paints? I have some untried ideas...

Try zero paints from hiroboy they can make the paint you need you will also need there gloss coat as the paint drys Matt, if you can't find the paint on the web site give them a ring.

You could also use automotive paint (ppg for example) and get the match exactly from the car manufacturer...just use really good primer to protect your styrene from those 'hot' paints

Nope, no zero paints this time though, anyway I have used them before...
I was just looking for some tips. I might do some experiments myself and find out some paint mixes.
Btw, I know this is a dumb question. Having a hard time to express myself.
