Hi all
On my iPhone I am forced to login every time, however I have the checkbox "Remember me" turned on.
ISM is the only site I have this problem with.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
Thanks a lot

I get this on my iPhone and iPad all the time since the update. Sometimes it keeps me logged in for a few days, others it's every visit. I've learned to live with it, only takes a second if your log in details are stored on your phone. But it's VERY frustrating when you write a big update then click submit, and it logs you out. Meaning you have to start all over again!! I now log out and back in before doing an update, lol!

I'm the same as chief. Sometimes it can last a week other times a day. I can't figure out what's wrong tbh - Just have to live with it I'm afraid

Thank you for the quick response.
So I 'll have to find out, why my iPhone does not automatically fills in my login data, they are stored ...
However, not really serious, a bit annoying

It started doing it to me early last year for me.
Drives me bonkers.
It was all fine and good until spring last year then something somewhere changed and I have to log in every time I leave. It doesn't do it on any of my computers, thank crap, just the ipad and itouch.
Still, it's a PITA

I use Google Chrome for iPad and have no issues. I also have not had issues with Safari, that I know of.
Check the following to verify or set you International Scale Modeler username/password.
1. Go to your IOS device's "Settings"
2. In "Settings", select "Safari" then "Passwords".
3. In the "Passwords" area, verify you have one save for intscalemodeller.com
4. If you don't have an entry for intscalemodeller.com, you can create one by selecting "Add Password".
Hopefully this helps. If not then you're SOOL.

Hi Paul, Lee.
Since a couple of days the problem came back, this time a bit different:
- I am not remembered on ALL my Apple devices (Macbook, iPhone, iPad)
- I need to login every time when I come back to the site
- From time to time I am even logged out when I open anoher page within the site
- The problem occurs with Safari, on the iPad I tried with Chrome, sometimes it was ok, sometimes not.
I guess the forum sw was changed / configured lately, is it so?
Please help, this is really annoying
Thanks a lot
Ah, I almost forgot, yes I did clear the cache...

Hi Thomas, Try clearing your cache and delete any bookmarks to the page, then type the full URL into your browser.
https://intscalemodeller.com/
See if that helps, it worked for me when it started happening a couple of days ago.

It's not necessary to clear the cache - just change the bookmark to
https://intscalemodeller.com/ as ElCapitan said above.
