Greetings fellow glue sniffers

Post by Sdkfz250 »

Hello peoples,

Just a little bit about myself here, I am 19 and hail from the world of instant gratification (PC gaming). I haven't really done too much modelling outside of mainly things for my Warhammer hobby which often included scratching and pronging fingers on Tyranid gribbly bits, but I hope to get back into the more "conventional" side of modelling despite my abhorrent lack of patience. This is going to be all kinds of fun... :wall:

Welcome welcome my friend! As a young modeler to another, I assure you that you will enjoy this hobby. Gives you a break from all that mind melting computer games  . As a PC gamer myself, I found that finishing your first model is more gratifying than getting 100 kills in COD :nena:

After weeks of modelling you'll actually have something to show for the time put in, unlike gaming. And while the girls may not be impressed by either, you can always tell the girls when they look at a model that since you've found it interesting and rewarding working with such small things and have developed an eye for detail, you are considering becoming a jeweller. If they love jewelry, they gotta love the people that make it too....
