FLY Models 1/32 Hurricane Releases

Hi Guys

Got my Hannants new releases email yesterday and they are advertising 2 new Mark II C Hurricanes in 1/32 by a company called FLY Models. I couldn't find any reviews as the kits are yet to be released but does anyone have any opinions on the company itself?

I would love a 32 Hurricane so if its a good kit, the cash in me pocket is gonna be burning a new hole in the fabric!

Any thoughts?

Word is these are very good kits, with input from HpH.

Fly have released a 1/32 Ar234 & a Wessex - both good kits.

It's limited run, but very good quality, with resin & PE included.

I've ordered 3 - should arrive tomorrow, I can post some pics then.

The two kits seem identical except for the decals, but I've not had a good look at the Trop kit yet.

For £35-£40, the are an absolute bargain. Short run, so takes a bit more skill than a Tamiya or Hasegawa, but looks like it will build into a cracking 1/32 Hurricane at a very good price!

Up until now, PCM's Hurricane has been the best 1/32 option, but that costs an arm & a leg and is not perfect.

I recommend you buy a few Fly Hurricanes, they are a great, much needed addition to WWII 1/32 modelling!

Damn, if only I did 32nd scale, I'd have to buy 2 of the IIc Tropical's to do a SEAC one and North Africa

I thin they plan to do the whole Hurricane range in 1/32 - the Hurricat, MkI Battle of Britain, MkIID "Flying Can Openers" with a pair of 40mm cannons, the MkIV with RP-3 rocekts - it will be a popular range & make them a lot of money I think.

Ok, I might just have to buckle and get the IID if they release one, I find those 40mm's hard to resist.

Where did you buy your Hurricanes from? I cant seem to find anywhere where they are in stock.
