Hasegawa F-16 Fighting Falcon & P-40 Warhawk - Two birds, no stone?

Post by kozzybear »

Hello folks! Now im not an experienced plane builder/painter at all and to be honest i never knew eggplanes existed until i joined ISM (2 Years ago come this winter).

I picked the F-16 and P-40 because they looked rather cute, especially the P-40 and hopefully ill do them both justice.

You may have noticed that i never finish a build thread, ever, this is because im terribly lazy but i SHALL complete this one as it will be so easy or at least i hope it will be haha.

Starting with the F-16, so far the plastic is brilliant quality and the fit is remarkably good which is good news for me as i tend to mess up when building aircraft.

Well the F-16 is done and it came together very nicely, fun little build that takes minutes but its nice to have something so quick at times instead of having to spend 4 hours trying to put together tank parts!

I shall prime it tomorrow and build the P-40 whilst i wait for the primer to dry. Will be using Vallejo paints for it.

I've built and primed it, yet to post an update on here but ill do that either later today or tomorrow. The P-40 unfortunately had quite a bit of flash and a bit of a misfit here and there but nothing that can't be sorted out.
