Hi fellas,

Most of my modelling is on hold at the mo, might be single again soon! But this should be a quick build so should get it finished!

Image

Few minutes later and main assemblies are done :eeek:

Image

Then I decided to open up the windows, they're depicted by decals in the kit, hoping mine will look better!? Should've done this before joining the fuselage together really :wall:

After

Bit of clean up required!

Added some fictional detail to the cockpit using scrap PE and plasticard.

Image

Then spent longer masking the canopy than it took to get to this point, lol!

So that's where I am right now, hopefully more tomorrow.

Thanks for looking guys, :cheers2:

Hi guys :th:
Final update on this!

Painted the cockpit. Also did the pilot but forgot to take a pic

Image

Then got her primed up.

Image

Paint on and glossed ready for decals.

Image

Decals and panel line wash done.

Image

Followed by a matt (ish) coat ready for some weathering.

Image

Found an old JB that will do nicely for a little base.

Image

Added some turf, then used Ultimate washes to add some tones.

Image

After a bit of burnt umber oil on the engines, I added some dust to the lower parts using highly thinned tamiya buff.
And we're done!

I'll try and get some better pics for the reveal section later.

Image

I enjoyed this, my first egg plane. Quick, easy and fun! What more could you want?! I may have to get another now!

Thanks for looking fellas :cheers2:
