The first Tigers that arrived in Africa had the Initial mirrored tracks
Later on the had the "regular" intial/early tracks but i don't know if those ever made it to Africa
Friul has 3 sets as far as i know the mirrored ones for the very first production runs
The Initial/early ones wich look like 1 side of the mirrored ones and still have a smooth surface on the raised part and the Mid/Late types that have the ice cleat or diamond shaped details on them
But i have a Tunissian Tiger in my stash and i have the mirrored tracks for them as these tanks where from the oldest production runs wich still had those tracks

The only pictures I've ever seen of mirrored early tracks was on sPzAbt 502 Tigers in the Leningrad region or prototypes back in Germany in 42. I'll have a look, but I don't recall ever seeing a 501 DAK with mirrored tracks. Check out this link. It's every known 501 photograph. They will be small in resolution, so I'll normally save the small one and reverse image search it on google.

I looked around a bit. Here is an example of an early DAK and it's tracks. Note the inverted "A" and "V" shapes. Mirrored tracks would have matching shapes.

That is intresting
I saw a article claiming that the first ones had the mirrored tracks
That is why i said they did have those
But this photo clearly shows the regular early style tracks
I already have some of those tracks that i got for the DAK Tiger but i have a initial Tiger from the Leningrad region aswell
I guess this just shows you once again that you can learn something new every day

Yes it seems that way
The photo Adam showed is a Tunisian Tiger
You can tell by the exhaust shrouds and the brackets on the bottom for the spare tracks
Later Tigers had rounded shrouds and the spare tracks where moved to a bar on the front and clamps on the sides of the turret
