Been working on this for about a month now. Using Aires Cockpit and wheel bays. Been an OK kit. No major issues yet although I have noticed the canopy is a rather (read awful) fit. Might be a bit of a fight on my hands there. Undecided on the weapons yet. It might be a while too as there's no stencil marking sheet for weapons.

I'm loosing the will with this one. Decals peel off as soon as you look at them, Had to repaint the numbers on the wings and the stripes on the flaps. Canopies didnt fit without major surgery. The Ip has come loose. The Hud broke off and got lost, what remains is all cloudy. Then there was the issues with the Insignia white. Grrrr. I'll be glad when its finished. I'm not overly happy but maybe I'm too critical.

Despite the problems you've been having with this kit it turned out pretty nice. The decals look good. My only concern is that the canopy is kind of cloudy.

AK Interactive released a new product to glaze canopies, giving it a better shine.

It has gone cloudy. Other than removing it and polishing it I'm not sure what else to do. I've put it on the Shelf Of Doom for now though. The next bit (weapons) is the bit that I don't like. Combined with the lack of painting and stenciling instruction sheet for the weapons I'm not looking forward to it :)
