Hi guys

In 2013 Paul reviewed Tamiya's 1/32 F16 Block 50. I reckon its the best kit review I've ever watched. Why? Because the review itself tells us everything we need to know about the kit quality. Its systematic clear and thorough, but even more than that the shots of the real F-16 at the beginning matched perfectly to the music, set the mood wonderfully. I watch it now just to enjoy it.

I reckon it set the standard and has never been bettered. What do you think?

I prefer my current way of doing reviews, were i review the kit and any aftermarket with it. Then do a couple of at the bench updates showing the build in progress and come back with the final reveal showing it complete

I've always thought Paul did fantastic reviews. Very business like and professional yet approachable. Actually, I would say he had an influence on how I do mine. Only problem is I don't have a British accent. That may sound stupid, but we colonials have quite an affinity for that.

Paul's reviews, techniques and build videos brought me to ISM and then the rest of you made me stay

I have to agree that the whole ISM project is great, and all the reviews are spot on. It was just that F-16 one for me was the best of the best. Keep up the good work guys.

Same here. It wasn't so much the kit reviews, it was the tutorials and builds that got me going again when I was considering getting back into the hobby. Finding out about new techniques (new to me anyway!), manufacturers, retailers and information providers made me realise what I had been missing all these years.

Being part of ISM really clinched it for me. Building in isolation is one thing. Building, comparing, discussing and just chatting about stuff with mates (yes, dare I say it, mates!) - that's on a whole different level.

Don't worry, i for one don't hold your accent against you and from the kits I've built that you have reviewed, whether i watched before or after building, i have to say they are spot on. Well, apart from the bronco 38t, it isn't that scary a build!
