Wow wavelet awesome build, love the extra detail, what kind of track's did that kit have, indy or rubber band, or what ever they call them now. I usually replace them anyway.

InitialProduction1, thanks a lot. The tracks are rubber band, they have nice details and they look decent with heavy weathering. This is what I did. I wanted to build it OOB with some minor scratch building. It cost me only €17 (including shipping) and I had a lot of fun with it.
I would also like to build the Tamiya 1:35, IS-3 but this time with the Aber PE set, Rbmodels metal barrel and friul tracks. I have everything except the friul. Hope to get one set soon!

Well done, great build. c: I love the look of the IS-3M. Perhaps I should have gotten it instead of Tamiya's regular IS-3. xD

Thanks a lot Stands24. The TAMIYA IS-3 is a very nice kit, has better details than the trumpeter one. However, the latter one is the best kit so far, I believe, if one would like to build the more popular version, the IS-3M.
I'm also going to build the tamiya one soon, I hope!
