Tamiya Acrylic Primer with Vallejo Model Color??

Gentlemen,

Can I use the Tamiya acrylic primer with Vallejo Model (brush) color paint?

I intend to brush paint the Vallejo colors.

Also it seems Tamiya acrylic primers are all in aerosol cans, no liquid. Is this correct?

I've used Tamiya primer along with Vallejo and Gunze Hobby Color paints – I haven't had any problems with it.
