Dragon 1:35 Panther Ausf. F met KWK 42 L/100 "what if" final reveal

[MarkVerploeg]

Hi guys
So here is the final reveal of my Panther Ausf.F with the massive 7.5 meter long kwk42 L/100 gun

In the end it was a fun build but i wasn't very impressed by the kit
They simply took the tried and tested Panther G hull frim the smart kits and added a turret from the earlier Panther F kit
All that is new in this kit is the long gun barrel

But with the stuff i added to it and the camo scheme i have to say that i am happy with how it turned out

So here is my Panther Ausf F

And that is all i have for this reveal
I hope you like it
Thanks for stopping by
Untill next time
Cheers
Mark

I like this one too

[MarkVerploeg]

Thank you very much
Personally i like this one more then the STuG i posted
A single colored vehicle can look good but i like camouflaged vehicles more

Very nice build. I would like to see it in a diorama, but I like it as it is.

bloody amazing.fantastic work - another gem Mark.

Where did you get the top armour - I know Dragon's got an Italian panther with this type of PE. Did it come with the kit ?

Is the gun barrel metal or plastic ?

Does the kit come with magic tracks or DS ?

ps - your paint job is wonderful.

All the best,
Richard

Thanks guys
The kit is all in the new Dragon style Richard
So DS tracks and a plastic barrel
The tracks where replaced with a set of Friul tracks from a old model
The armor plating is a mix ,the roof plating came from a ET model set but i lost the fret with the plating for the rear so i had to order a replacement
And that came from Griffon model

And it will be a stand alone piece
Maybe i will build a little base for it later
If i plan to take it to a contest but there is a good chance i won't be participating in a contest untill next year
