eBay made me do it!

Post by Madmattmodels89 »

Should be called Evilbay

Anyway I wanted a easy build before I start my "road to El Alamein " build. I chooses to build this old Tamiya kit of the M5A1 light tank.

Then I thought"hey let's see if they have at least some pe parts for this."

Bad choice. 24 hrs later I bought on eBay these... Total about $36.

That seems to be the norm now. I don't have a model ship that doesn't have extras out there that could drive the cost more than the model. Look at all the 1/200 ship models that have been released these past several years. You can spend another five hundred dollars on the PE, barrels, decking and resin parts to correct the errors that vendor made on the model. Its crazy.
