The Lindberg Line 1:48 Messerschitt ME 262

Post by BigoleDog »

This will be my entry into the GB. I would like to do something simple with some figures if I can find them. If not, it'll be a simple vignette.

It is cool that you bought this kit. I've been wondering what these Lindberg kits are like. Is this an original or a re-pop? Round 2 Models has released several old aircraft kits.

I really don't know all too much about it since I bought it some time ago from hobby lobby so I'm assuming it's going to come down to my painting abilities (which are not the greatest). I was thinking of doing like a runway scene with maintenance crew or the pilot doing a preflight check. But that all comes down to weather or not I can find the figures. If not, I was going to do just the plane on a runway. I'm really looking forward to taking my time with painting it as well as taking a shot at weathering since i've never done it before.

Hannants is a British company but you should be able to find these sets your side of the pond?
