'Get me to the Hun it time' M Group Build

Didn't want to go mad but saw this in the stash and thought it has to be the one. :crazy: :crazy:

So here it is, Hawker Hurricane Mk.1 is my entry to the 'M' build but has to get ready so has some items to go with it.

At first look it looks like a great kit, but I'm told their are fit issues but we will see. Really looking forward to it

So been at the bench quite a bit this week as on annual leave :nena:

So got the kit going and making the cockpit up

Apart from a bit of clean up the kit has gone together really well and i think look great. While this was drying after primmer being applied thought i may as while open up another kit.

So started on the Bedford MWD.

Wow that's a lot of plastic in the box, and the detail looks very good so far, good luck with the build.

Thanks guys. Yes it is a lot of plastic, my wife summed it up last night when she said 'your den was tidy what happened!!'

But the kit is good i'm impressed to be honest and really enjoying it and the first set of 1.48 I have done :D

Well time to update the post with the progress i have made so far

Firstly some reference material for the cockpit, as their seems to much debate as to the colour's in the instructions. :eeek:

Well I can't believe it has been so long since i updated this, but to be fair not been at the bench that much too... :banana: :banana:

Well been a while seen I up dated this thread for one reason and another but thought i should add some more to it. :bash:

Some ore work done on the Bedford, detail on the engine even thou it will be hidden wanted to try out some new paint that arrived (Metal Colour) And base coat down although not to happy with the colour and details in the cab started.

Thanks Pete, i will finish it and it will be a slow burner for now.

Family is the main focus for now and I make no apologies for that, my mother law has come along way to spent time with us. If I'm honest she is great and has no problem with me going in the den.

This looks like a fantastic diorama set to get hold of. I've just seen it on Amazon for £21. What a bargain.

Stokes, it gets a thumbs up from me. No major problems as such and loads to enjoy. And for that price is a bargain.
