Didn't want to go mad but saw this in the stash and thought it has to be the one.

So here it is, Hawker Hurricane Mk.1 is my entry to the 'M' build but has to get ready so has some items to go with it.

Ohh always been very tempted by this set. I am going to be keeping a sharp eye on this one

At first look it looks like a great kit, but I'm told their are fit issues but we will see. Really looking forward to it

Ok so here at 1 am time to unbox the kit and get a start on the group build

Well this is going to keep me a little busy me thinks.......

So been at the bench quite a bit this week as on annual leave

So got the kit going and making the cockpit up













Apart from a bit of clean up the kit has gone together really well and i think look great. While this was drying after primmer being applied thought i may as while open up another kit.

So started on the Bedford MWD.







Well that was Tuesday's progress

Wow that's a lot of plastic in the box, and the detail looks very good so far, good luck with the build.

Thanks guys. Yes it is a lot of plastic, my wife summed it up last night when she said 'your den was tidy what happened!!'

But the kit is good i'm impressed to be honest and really enjoying it and the first set of 1.48 I have done

Well time to update the post with the progress i have made so far

Firstly some reference material for the cockpit, as their seems to much debate as to the colour's in the instructions.















not being someone who is too concerned but thought these may help others.

So the build is coming along, cockpit made and base painted











Some of the refueler starting to come together



With so much going on at the bench it's getting a bit of a nightmere for space.

Well I can't believe it has been so long since i updated this, but to be fair not been at the bench that much too...

So I have been moving forward with the Albion 3-point fueler









now to add some body work

I will try and add some more progress real soon to this.

Hope to bring this all together and cleared of the bench before the new year starts but work and life......

It's coming together nicely, l love the Albion , keep up the good work.

Well been a while seen I up dated this thread for one reason and another but thought i should add some more to it.

Some ore work done on the Bedford, detail on the engine even thou it will be hidden wanted to try out some new paint that arrived (Metal Colour) And base coat down although not to happy with the colour and details in the cab started.

So to try and bring this thread up to date here are some pictures of the Albion re-feuler's progress

Still working on the lighting for the pictures so whiting out a little i think.



So some detail painting to be added next then we can seal it all up for some weathering.

Family is the main focus for now and I make no apologies for that, my mother law has come along way to spent time with us. If I'm honest she is great and has no problem with me going in the den.

So the to bring the post up to completely date, their is of coarse the Hawker Hurricane Mk1, she is now cockpit in and sealed up.

Just to up load the progress on the figures and then your all up to date, but seem to have misplaced those pictures for now but will find them.

Hi James, you should never make apologies about family, family first evertime in my book, it's a hobby and should be fun, catch you on your next update

This looks like a fantastic diorama set to get hold of. I've just seen it on Amazon for £21. What a bargain.

Stokes, it gets a thumbs up from me. No major problems as such and loads to enjoy. And for that price is a bargain.
