When you don’t know what to build – build another one Spitfire! It works all the time. This is the new Eduard kit in 1/72 scale – the second one in a “1/72 Revolution” series after Fw-190. I was very impressed with the detail level, but not with a moulding quality – there is some issues with it like flashes (you could find my comment about this here). It’s not “perfect”, but nobody is.

This is completely OOB (but it is ProfiPack edition, so there was some etched parts). Painted with Gunze and Tamiya acrylics, weathered with oils and pigments. Decal quality is very good – film is very thin.

So, if you like Spits and 1/72 scale – this kit is for you.

Lovely Spit. Hard to tell that it is 1/72. Very nice indeed.

Very very nice. Exquisite for a 72 scale, i prefer 48, but you did a Dandy paint job on that one, nice weathering.
If it is not perfect, i don't know what is wrong with it.

That's a beauty! I'm currently building the new tool Airfix Supermarine Spitfire Mk1a (A01071A). I've got a sneaking suspicion that it won't turn out as nice as yours! ;)
