Tiger 131 - Tunisia

Post by chalkyw »

Hi Gents,

This may have been asked before, so my apologies if it has, but apart from the better known images that Google throws up does anyone know if there is a resource available, either on the internet or books that has more extensive photos (if they exist) of Tiger 131 either at its capture location or during Winston Churchill's or King George VI inspections in Tunis. Its not the tank per se that I'm interested in but rather the scene and surroundings at either of the locations.

Also does anyone make 1/35 decals for the British 1st Army emblem that was painted on 131??

Many, many thanks in advance if you can help :th:

Hi Augustus, I got Dragon's kit for Tiger 131, kit no 6820, saves a lot of messing around trying to change bits if there's one straight out the box :th:
