Anyone know what/who these are made by?

A guy at work asked me to ask you, do you know who this/these are made by, apparently he has about 100 of these, all stackable in their containers, they look all pre-made and painted....he wants to stick them on Ebay, but unsure as to what to market them as. Anyone have any ideas?....thanks chaps.

I have picked up something similar from the Daiso store here. It said "Made in China" on the box. Big enough to fit 1/35 PzIVs but a tad too small to fit the Tiger due to the barrel length.
