Pak 35 with crew 1/35

Hi guys,
I was looking for a little project to do in between bigger ones.
I had a Pak 35 and some winter figures from an other kit laying around
and thought I'd make them into a little dio.
The figures are from a Dragon kit. I think they're great figures.
The Pak is a left over from the Tamiya Protze kit, that I used for a conversion.

Painted them black.

Painted the gun in German grey.

Then winter(camo) white.

And I used the hairspray technique for weathering the winter camo.
I don't have photo's of the other stages of painting and weathering.
I used Mig brown and black washes on the figures and oil paint rendering on the gun.
So here are already the shots of the finished items.

There's the layout for the dio.

Base prepped for filling with DAS klay and glue-sand-water mixture.

DAS applied.

Dirt mixture applied and gun and figure inprints made. Some sticks indicate where the figures go later on.

Some moss from the forrest and some sort of grass that grows in the street applied for bushes.

After this I painted everything dark brown. I simulated wet spots with gloss coat. Made snow from white glue, water and baking soda.
And sprinkeled dry baking soda on top of these patches. I made little trees from Sea Foam with Super Leafs and sprinkled them with the baking soda as well.
The final pics are here: http://www.intscalemodeller.com/viewtop ... 46&t=19829
