Here is a photo montage of the Revell Audi A4 from 2009 driven by Timo Scheider great kit builds really well, decals are the weak point if there is one, have got the BMW M3 still to do.

Nice car and loads of decals which I dread doing.

Very nice dave got the same problem with the mclaren f1 a lot of decals what was the fit like

For some reason I seem to damage decals or they fold over on me or tear.

The trouble I had with these was that some of the larger decals on the doors and the bonnet are done as a sort of shadowed effect, and there was not enough carrier film to keep them from folding over once they were taken from the backing sheet, these 3 decals alne took something like 5 hours to get on and aligned correctly, and solvent made things worse, as they were so think it was like super gluing the dam things and they refused to budge was on the verge of calling Samaritans at one point.

Hi Paul, the fit of all the parts was excellent so much so that I could have got away without gluing some of the bits the body to chassis attachment needed no glue at all. If you are thinking of building one I can highly recommend it.

Thanks Dave love the look of these new generation DTM cars I still have the BMW M3 to do, I built the Tamiya Mercedes and Opel's years ago built four of the Opel's with the opening gull wing doors, and three of the Mercedes, using Studio 27 aftermarket decals

Love all the painted details. Do you airbrush them all, or use a small paintbrush?

Hi Patrik thanks for the comments really appreciated, most of the details are airbrushed, I use a Harder & Steenbeck Evolution CR Plus with .2mm needle allows for really fine detail spraying for the rest I use brushes with Inks and enamels.
